What an excellent experience. Mr. B. was terrific. He was very knowledgeable. Excellent help for the selection and the ordering process, very patient and no pressure at all. Super communication and also did a flow-up call to see if we received everything and if we were happy with our selection. All materials were in stock, something that was very important to us. The price was reasonable. Next flooring job will come to see Mr. Bentley again.
My wife and I had an excellent experience with Dolphin Tile about 4 years ago when we tiled the condo (all but the bedrooms. I had tile installed for my townhouse upstairs. The process was so seamless, the worker were efficient and kind and they cleaned up all the work before leaving. I thought there was a flaw in the floor and the installer came over immediately. I'm very please and proud to show off my floors. Dolphin Carpet and tile are everything they say they are! GREAT

Our salesman was attentive, but not hovering and answered all our questions fully. All paperwork and costs were reviewed and explained. The installation was excellent. They do a thorough and good job from start to finish.
Great experience. Phil did a great job helping me choose the appropriate flooring for my home. I have pets and foster kittens and puppies. He recommended Mohawk Laminate flooring and it is just perfect. The installers were on time and very professional. Start to finish was two weeks.
