We used Dolphin Carpet and tile due to their excellent reputation.,They were reliable, knowledgeable sales person and competent installers. My only concern is that we ended up with three unopened boxes of tile plus a few more. They refused to take back the unopen boxes. In my many years of experience, extra unopen boxes are always taken back for credit.

Dolphin Carpet and Tile, specifically the location at 8791 SW 133rd St, Miami FL 33176 was by far the best tile shopping experience I have had. This was largely due to their knowledgable, professional and frieny staff Vincent and Randy. In fact our salesperson Randy went above and beyond our expectations. From here on I will only buy tile from them.
Our project included re-tiling the main living areas of our home. From the beginning through the end of our project, everyone at Dolphin Carpet and Tile was great. The work was completed quickly and the end result looks amazing. All of the people involved from sales to installation were professional and very informative. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thank you!!
