We had a wonderful experience with the staff at Dolphin in helping us design our new floor and coordinating the installation. The installers went above and beyond our expectations. The installation was perfect and they came back 3 days later to finish a small section that could not be done during the original installation due to delays caused by the electrical contactor.
Mike D of Dolphin Carpet & Tile in Coral Springs handled our purchase from start to finish in a very professional manner. The selection of flooring was excellent and he pointed out all the features of each sample he showed us. We were not able to be at our condo for the installation, but a friend said the installers were courteous and completed the job, as promised in one day. Very very pleased with the whole process. Bentley, the manager was fantastic to deal with picking out flooring. There was no pressure or up selling which I totally appreciated! He actually steered me toward the best value for my needs and was very patient while I made my decision. Installation was fast and easy. Excellent experience and I definitely recommend!
I have used Dolphin and Carpet twice for laminate flooring in my condo, the first interaction was with the Davie location and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Three months after the install, my place flooded and I headed over to the Pembroke Pines location for some assistance with replacing my floor. We walked into the store looking for bedroom carpeting. Phil asked us a few questions about the type of carpet we were looking for. The first sample he showed us was a perfect match for our needs. We were in and out of the store in 20 minutes and our carpet was professionally installed within a week (based on our schedule).
