I chose Don Bailey due to them being a reputable company for so may years. I called on Monday (which was Labor Day) Jermaine answered, stating that he would still be able to service me. I came within an hour, went to the back showroom, and he helped me pick out a beautiful piece of carpet all in about 15min. We have been going to Don Bailey for 20+ years...they have carpeted our 2 bedroom condo 4-5 times each room (thanks to our 3 dachshunds! LOL...). Karen makes the experience easy and fun. I showed up at DB Carpet at 1:00 pm on a Sunday....and the carpet was installed 24 hours later! Who does that??!! DB and Karen and Angel (their installer of 21 years)....that is WHO does that! Thank you DB....for your wonderful service. We will come back for the next 20 years...promise.
This is my second experience working with Don Bailey Flooring and Hunter Markarian and in both instances, they have gone out of their way assisting me replacing carpeting, removing tile and installing laminate flooring. My situation is unique in that I am upgrading my condo while being out-of-state.
