Aura was EXCELLENT from the very beginning through the entire process right until the job was done. She was very attentive, professional and always available. The installation went very smoothly and their installers also did an excellent job and would not leave until I was absolutely satisfied with everything. This is the second time that I have purchased Carpet from Don Bailey Flooring. To my amazement on January 2, 2024 my son and I received a welcoming greeting from the Sales Representative Karen. She asked me for my carpet measurements and then proceeded to provide me with professional and accurate services. At Don Bailey Flooring they honor customers flooring needs and care about their customers!! 😊❤️
I can't say enough good things about the experience with Don Bailey Flooring. Elisa was on top of everything through the entire process -- from coordinating all of the paperwork for my condo building to ensuring the installers were getting the job done correctly and according to the timeline. I wish all of my renovations had gone like this. The price was fair. The customer service was excellent. The workmanship is superb. And now I have beautiful floors that will last for years and years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I also want to leave a shout out to the carpet installer Lorenzo, and to Ronnie, what kind and professional gentlemen. They both went well above and beyond! Recently I visited the Don Bailey Carpet & Tile showroom, and was warmly greeted by Lisa, who is the project/sales manager. Lisa graciously showed me samples of the flooring that I was looking for, and answered all of my questions.
