Josh and Tabitha were friendly, responsive, professional and helpful. I love my new carpet, which fit well into my budget, and I got the most bang for my buck thanks to their guidance. Installers were speedy, neat and efficient. A great experience and would recommend them whole heartedly!

Working with Zack has always been a pleasure. This time was no different. He helped from the beginning, through our times with the insurance company, to making a house call with samples, working with us on time frame, and visiting the site to ensure everything was completed properly. We love our new carpet and lvp. THe Team even cleaned up after themselves as best as they could. I highly recommend Zack and his team.
We had carpet replaced in our three bedrooms. Josh was great in bringing to our house samples of carpet. He explained the differences and helped us pick out the right carpet for us. The three installers were amazing. They got to our place at 8:30 am and were done by 12:30. They are clearly a well functioning team. They moved all the furniture (taking apart the beds), cleaned the glue dust on the floor from the old carpet and put in carpet. One room has a seam and you don't even see it.
