From helping us choose a product in the showroom to completing the project, he was so understanding and responsive to any and all of our needs and was excellent at coordinating his team to get the job done in a very timely manner. Good Price, Fast and Friendly Service We had them install new carpet in the basement before we put our house on the market. Josh was very friendly and helpful and the installers came out within a couple of days to complete the work. My only complaint is that they left some used razor blades in our back yard where they were cutting the carpet. Quick and easy We needed carpet for our renovations and Josh made it quick and easy! Due to our house being under renovations Josh showed me carpet samples in my street. He gave me an excellent price. To make things even better, he told me about a remnant carpet piece that would save me even more money. My favorite thing about Excel carpet, the handwritten thank you note we received for using them. In this crazy hustle and bustle world they take the extra time to know their customer and provide them with the best!
