These guys did a great job for me installing lvt in my dining and living rooms and vinyl in my upstairs bathrooms. I felt awful because I missed seeing one of the plastic protectors on the foot of the coffee table popped off (leaving part of a nail exposed) and when I moved it back in I scratched the freshly laid floor. The guys fixed it up and it looks great!

We just had our carpet installed. Great service. All the people that we worked with from the store to the installation were helpful, courteous, and we were very happy with the finished product. We will definitely use them for future projects! We often ask, "Does customer service still exist?". Yes, it does at Factory Direct Carpet in Chambersburg.

Loving our new Mohawk Silk Strand carpet in our master bedroom! I can’t say enough great things about Factory Direct!!! Great service, great price, great installation crew- very clean and didn’t scratch up our freshly painted trim or walls... the owner even gave my kids$10 to go to Cluggys when I stopped by to pay my bill! Lol... who does that! Unnecessary, but super nice and appreciated! Thank you!!!
