I had an excellent experience with Factory Direct. From Andy recommending I choose a different carpet because it would better suit the room, to Hockey doing the estimate and working with my schedule, to today's installation: the entire process was very easy and the carpet looks great. I had a basement room that needed flooring put in ASAP in order to have home office and work space in my new home. They had just what I needed and even installed the very next day! Hockey and his crew are a joy to deal with, very prompt and efficient. I couldn't get enough of the sweet pup leaning on me for head scratches while I picked out my flooring too. You guys rock! Now I can get back to work.
I had a great experience! The price was great, installation was on the day and time agreed upon and the installers were efficient, polite and went out of their way to "do it right". I would definitely recommend Hockey and the gang.
