RecommendedVery good experience working with Chris. I'm not into salesy or pushy staff and he was not. I knew what I wanted and he didn't redirect me but he did explain to me some options which I appreciated. I knew I wanted hickory engineered wood floors but didn't think we could find any in our budget. Finstad's made it happen and it is GORGEOUS! Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, I met Carly Paupore at Finstad's. Absolutely fabulous! Carly is helpful, professional, knowledgable, patient and goes above and beyone to provide excellent service. Carly helped us pick out carpet and arranged installation. Afterwords, she followed up to make sure we were happy with the carpet and encouraged us to call or visit her with any questions/concerns. Carly has a big smile and good sense of humor too ! Finstad's Carpet One has outstanding customer service. Carly Paupore, our design consultant was knowledgeable, professional,helpful and so patient when my husband & I selected carpet for our living room this summer. Last year we completed a new home. We used Finatad's for all of our flooring and tile needs. Christine and Chris were very helpful at every stage of construction. I appreciate the time spent meeting with us to find the right products, and the many hours spent in doing the logistics and ordering. We felt that Christine and Chris truly cared about us and our vision. Christine had many great suggestions about design that we utilized and love in our home. Thank you Finstad's!
