I was apprehensive about removing carpet that butted up to porcelain tile. Gonzalo had the patience and took the time to help us pick the proper flooring. As in any flooring, the installation is very important and our installation was about as perfect as possible. The store (Gonzalo Walker) did great job steering us to the correct flooring for our project. We were contacted by the installer, measured the areas and told us just what to expect and how long it would take, he was right on. we were kept involved in every part of the project. We had a great time with Billy Dunklow picking out our vinyl flooring for our 2 bedrooms and bathroom. He was so helpful and pleasant to work with. And there were so many styles to choose from. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone!!
