Excellent customexer service. In December we purchased vinyl plank flooring for our living room. Scotty was very helpful and installation went great. We returned in February for carpet for our upstairs, again all went well. Now, back for vinyl plank for our sun room. I think they are tired of us. Thank you!

The final decision was made possible only because of the exceptional customer service skills of Billy Dunklow. Every time my wife changed her mind he was always happy to help us.always friendly.
We had a great experience from beginning to end. We purchased our flooring from the Ocala store. Gonzalo and Bill were very helpful when we were choosing flooring, writing up the puchase and when we needed extra boxes, they were right on it. They also got us an excellent flooring installer.
