Great customers service , good communication highly recommend
We just replaced the entire floor in our house. This was a huge job and required shifting an entire houseful of furniture, laying tile and replacing baseboards. We spent several weeks with Amos Lane, who gave us an education and let us take home samples. The installers were incredible and the final product is beautiful. They get "a yes" from me! Thanks, Amos!
This company is the best! They have top quality merchandise, superb customer service, and they are easy to work with. We have used them three times now, and we are extremely happy with them. Amos did a great job answering all of our questions and scheduling everything! I would highly recommend them!
This is the second time we have had flooring installed using Flooring America, and the third time purchasing our products through this store. Jeff was great to work with on the sales and coordination end, Ray was responsive when scheduling, and the installers were courteous and did a great job. I have already recommended this company to a few people and would definitely use them again.
I had the opposite experience of a prior review below. While hiccups and punchlists are to be expected with large flooring jobs; I felt that the sales rep, installation manager, and installers worked seamlessly together to ensure we were completely satisfied with our experience. Highly recommend Flooring America for your next project!
