The Cast family is quickly losing patience and confidence in your business. We have had our home a mess for nearly one month with defective carpet laying around (aggravating my allergies and headaches I believe) and our furniture crowded into the dining room, bathroom and hallways. Be aware!!!! Will update with evidence very soon. They have very nice merchandise, the problem is with the after sale customer service. After being waiting for them to return a call for almost 3 weeks because the owners are always traveling. They did nothing except give me hard times. Now I'll have to put a claim with my credit card because I returned the merchandise and they don't want to credit or refund me. Will update for good if something change.

Dreadful customer service. Once I paid for the floor I was at the mercy of the installation folks. Sales wanted nothing more to do with it. Installation was very bad, unprofessional. Supervisor, Ray, was, uncaring, argumentative and did not follow through on any thing. Had the entire floor removed, discarded, and had the whole project redone by another company.
Poor customer service. Had an inconsiderate rep who was more worried about his time and schedule than ours. We finally decided to cancel our order and will just have to go elsewhere as we wanted to get this job started and completed. Apparently a cancelled order and unhappy customer doesn't matter to them.

This is an update to the below review...they definitely came thru in the end!! Hi All...I meant to do this earlier but life got in the way. Flooring America went out of their way to make lemonade out of lemons! They truly made a bad situation great! Thank you for coming thru in the end! We will definitely come back! We didn't get the wood we originally wanted but ended up with fantastic carpet and super cushy padding..I think we like it even better than the wood we would have gotten!! :) THANK YOU FLOORING AMERICA!
