My wife and I were visiting from out of town and looking for an area rug for our new home. Kristin took time to show us their huge selection as well as rugs that can be special ordered. My wife picked one out and Flooring America had it shipped to our home in Denver. It arrived quickly and is beautiful and so soft. Thank you for all of your help, great service and selection.
Not happy we ordered over $2000.00 of carpeting my husband spent over an hour with the sales guy explaining what we want so you would think they would be competent to get it right. We get the carpet and it is the wrong color for my master THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH US. Be very cautious ordering from them

Looking at the purchase history, during the initial visit from Mr. Dial, he provided us with the cuts, color, and style of the carpet, which we then made an invoice of and he signed off on.
