The worst customer service EVER ! Paid $3000 for carpet and had it delivered today. Not only did the Modesto delivery fail to put the carpet on the truck but also the Clovis office failed to even call me when it wasn’t going to arrive. Buyer of home won’t be able to move in tomorrow and movers have to sit and wait around. Cost about $1500 and Flooring Liquidators is giving a $200 credit ! ARE YOU KIDDING ME ???? We ordered approx 1800 sq ft of flooring and paid for freight shipping to our home. The shipment was delayed once due to a packing issue. Then delayed again due to the freight company not having correct contact info for us. (All info was correct on my order confirmation) The freight company then told us they couldn’t deliver such a large pallet (it was normally sized) and asked us to pick it up. Flooring Liquidators Bakersfield. Over promise and Under deliver. No show. Never finish. Sloppy install. Uneven tile. Wrong grout color. New Baseboards installed sloppy and now must be repainted. Caulk on my walls. Two and Half months now for a job originally scheduled 3.5 days....for less than 600 sq ft. Go weeks at a time without work being done. President and Owner Steven Kellogg doesn't personally return calls....doubt it would matter anyway; he would probably just be another company mouthpiece spewing lies. These people... read more

Without a doubt the worst service I have received from any business ever. The scheduling with the installers is an absolute joke. They give you a few hour range of when they will show up and I was told they would call when they were on their way so that I could go home and meet them (as I work and can not afford to sit at home for three hours). Went to the Rancho Cordova location to buy two boxes of flooring for a closet, and was told the flooring was in stock in Roseville. Get to Roseville only to find out that it is not in stock, but it can be ordered and picked up the next day. Okay, irritating, but still gives us enough time to finish closet project before relatives invade for thanksgiving. Can they deliver to South Sac store to make our lives easier? Yes they can!
