Our experience with Flooring Liquidators in Clovis was so poor that we will NEVER use them again and have actively encouraged others not to use them either. When we ordered our new flooring, we were told that the installer would need to remove all of our baseboards and then reinstall them after the flooring was in, but that once reinstalled we would never be able to tell that they had been removed. Talk about a horrible experience - ;their products were of nice quality but their installation was horrible. I had a brand new custom home - and the carpet installer ruined 3/4 of my baseboard trim, and scuffed several walls. They also did not complete my hardwood install and told me that they would not give me a refund. A good business is one that under promises and over delivers. Flooring liquidators over promises and under delivers. We dealt with Kevin at the Bakersfield location who constantly lied to us about delivery dates. After a month and a half of waiting we were told a “hefty refund” would be issued for the inconvenience. Just to be clear, the refund was unsolicited. Initially it would be in the range of $350. Only shop here if you want their manager Mike in Roseville to tell you to take them to court to have a wrong situation resolved!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Would not recommend to anyone. Damaged walls & cabinets & I still have not been paid to get them fixed. Their installers are the worst I have seen.

Id give zero stars if possible. The fresno location has the worst customer service. No initial greet as we walked in. I was in the store for an hour n nobody asked if we needed help. They just lost my business to ROBINSON FLOORING just down the street.
