Ordered flooring several times from them and have had a good experience every time.
We did our research before we entered the store, so as soon as Brandon pointed us in the right direction we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service! Great selection! And, free delivery even to Kokomo. It was a no brainer for us.
So far service has been great. Nice variety and sales people. lookinf forward to beautiful new floors through out the house.
Great experience with getting our new carpet. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. We gave them a budget and they stuck with it. We appreciate Ricky and Christopher's help in the buying process.

I came to the warehouse in search of floors for a room in my home. I was greeted by Chris upon entry and he was very responsive to all my inquires. He was also patient in helping me understand the different options and how that would work in space (i asked a lot of questions). All in all it was great experience and I look forward to seeing my space completed.
