We stopped in tonight with little intention of purchasing and ended up making a pretty big purchase. Christopher was great and made himself available but was not overbearing. Will definitely go back!
Our salesperson was awesome, he was concerned with making sure the wife was happy and he was not just looking for the most expensive flooring. I told my wife that's why I prefer to buy from a commission sales rep, and good one will give you all the time you need. Tommy was our sales rep and he was great.
We have purchased from them several times and it's always been a good experience. I like that you can shop without being hovered over or get help if you want it. I also like that you can check stock online so you know if they have what you want.

Had a great experience with FTYH. I was replacing floor at a rental business and wanted inexpensive but good quality materials. I appreciated that they understood that and didn't waste time trying to up sell my needs. I believe it was just under 1 week from picking out the flooring to having the install totally done. Great service, product and install at a fair price.
