While in the store no one greeted or tried to help. However when we were checking out Chris was very helpful and was funny
Received damaged product company is wanting to blame shipping services which may or may not be. either way out product and money. Was not made aware of the return policy. They direct you to a video that does not play.
I went to this store last night to get an estimate on a 900 sq. foot laminate hardwood and install, walked in at 525 pm and spoke with an associate. I asked a couple questions and within 30 seconds into our conversation I was told that they close at 6 pm. Sounds like they didn't need my business. I'll will never use this store.
Buyers beware! Do not purchase cabin grade! Boxes bent in two when picked up due to lack of longer planks. We bought 30% extra more than advised but could not use on our project. If you buy make sure you get a sample (would never buy anyway) because the pictures are not at all the product you will receive. You can only return unopened boxes. Had no problem with the product but wish I was made aware of the return policy. You can only return four packages (in my case thats 120 sqft) or more and it had to be returned within 15 days of purchase. Going with their recommendation of 10% for waste I only had 3 packages. I purchased on a Saturday and picked up on Thursday and was already five days into the 15 day countdown. Unfortunately I didn't get the 800 sqft down in enough time to return the overage. Not very friendly to the do-it-yourself customer. Buyer beware !!!
I shopped around at Lowes and Home Depot to do the flooring in our expanded laundry room. I even went to the trouble of ordering at Home Depot. BIG MISTAKE! It took forever dealing with them and then it was going to take about 3-4 weeks to get it in. While I was waiting, I checked out Floors To Your Home online. Ended up getting a great French bleed laminate that SAME DAY for 60% less and the flooring was a thicker and better quality. I couldn't be happier and have since recommended to many.
