Will never do business here again. Filed a warranty claim with Debbie at the Avon store, was told if it was found to be an installation issue the inspection fee would be my responsibility and could be between $100-$200 or $150-$200. Terrible products. DO NOT BUY!!!!! WOULD GIVE -10 if I could. Stuck with $1,000 of flooring that is not usable. Now stuck with 425 sq. Ft. Flooring I have to haul to the dump causing me more work. My wife is in tears as we do not have a floor and have spent the money. You're scamming people and you should be ashamed.
My husband and I have a combined over 20 years experience in flooring. Him an installer and me in sales. Neither of us have ever had a significantly bad experience with cabin grade wood so we had no hesitations on purchasing some for damage replacement. (Most boxes have a small handful of boards unusable, these had only a few usable leaving uses to have to install what normally would be unusable) We opened the first few boxes and all looked well but at time of installation the more we opened the worse it got. I got my flooring luxury vinyl planking 400sq ft. Not on piece clicks in together. I called and told them something g is wrong with the product I was told it would cost 140-180 to ship it back to them and 15% fee for restock. What a absolute joke! Very upset right now.
We went to buy 600 square foot of flooring yesterday . And Tommy who works there . Played bait and switch on us. He said he had what ever we needed for 99 cents . We drove an hour to get there. The only flooring they had for 99 cents was awful . And he said " I hate this flooring it is hard to install and has no warranty . My installers hate it rolls on edges " and proceeded to try and sell me $3 a square feet . Needless to say I was not nice in my response to him wasting my time . will never shop there again came in and purchased $2600 worth of flooring wrote a check it cleared the next day but would not give us the product for a week.
