MANY THANKS to First Floors-Carpet One in Dallas for the beautiful work laying our new hardwood floors. From the first time we spoke with their adjuster just after "our flood" to Melanie helping us chose a wood, down to the all important installers who worked tirelessly for two days removing old wood and installing new. Their customer service and work is flawless in every area. If you need new floors of any kind I highly recommend them.

First of all, even though I always look at customer reviews I never contribute to them myself, lol, but I felt compelled to after the great service we received from First Floors. I had such a wonderful experience with First Floors. They were so helpful in getting my items ordered . I would definitely use First Floors again !!
We had the tile replaced in our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The job was done quickly with expertise. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the job that was done. I will highly recommended First Floors to my friends and family. Also, I would like to thank Jamie and Summer for handling our job from beginning to end. They showed us excellent customer service while being kind and friendly. Again, I am so happy we chose First floors to do this job. We are truly happy customers :)
