I work with First Floors daily and they are a great company. Olivia Lenox is especially great, I tell her she's the best every time we chat! She's very attentive and quick to respond and schedule appointments. She makes working with First Floors an exceptionally great experience!

I had such a phenomenal experience. Rick was amazing I had such a mess of a floor. They did such a great job of redoing our hardwood floors that was ruined by two years of polish buildup and then Dalworth came in to remove polish and ended up destroying the polyurethane finish in various areas of the floor. This was after I paid thousands of dollars! I did not believe or trust anyone after that, but Rick really took the time with me and had the finisher come in and speak with me as well. Thank you to First Floors Carpet One. We used First Floors awhile back for a wood floor install and are currently in the process to have another install completed. Melanie is the best at what she does and has provided us with awesome customer service. Make sure to ask for her.

Jamie Brooks has been instrumental in helping us pick out flooring and other selections for our new home build! She is a good listener and encourages us to make sure that we pick what WE want, not what she wants. She has made herself available on multiple occasions to answer questions we have. We would recommend anyone looking for flooring to go to First Floors Carpet One and definitely ask for Jamie!

Melanie Locke is truly amazing! She works so hard to get everything just right. Last year I had hardwoods put in the living room, kitchen and hall and 1 bedroom carpeted. I loved working with such a knowledgeable and caring person.
