I work with First Floors daily and they are a great company. Olivia Lenox is especially great, I tell her she's the best every time we chat! She's very attentive and quick to respond and schedule appointments. She makes working with First Floors an exceptionally great experience!

I had such a phenomenal experience. Rick was amazing I had such a mess of a floor. They did such a great job of redoing our hardwood floors that was ruined by two years of polish buildup and then Dalworth came in to remove polish and ended up destroying the polyurethane finish in various areas of the floor. This was after I paid thousands of dollars! I did not believe or trust anyone after that, but Rick really took the time with me and had the finisher come in and speak with me as well. I work with fist floors quite often, and I wanted to give a good word for Kayla dill . She dose a wonderful job at scheduling and getting the massive amount of work that comes in done in an outstanding time frame. Thank you.
Melanie Locke is truly amazing! She works so hard to get everything just right. Last year I had hardwoods put in the living room, kitchen and hall and 1 bedroom carpeted. I loved working with such a knowledgeable and caring person.
