I went and bought an area rug at Floors USA in King of Prussia. The rug is absolutely beautiful and looks so pretty in my home Denise Rizzo was my salesperson. She was so kind and helpful. Couldn’t fit the rug in my vehicle so she delivered it herself on her way home from work! Who does that! I highly recommend Denise and the staff there.

Floors USA did an outstanding job changing 2 sets of stairs from carpet to hardwood. The installers were wonderful, polite, and efficient. The final product looks amazing. I highly recommend Floors USA from the sales person, Jim Dougherty, to the installers. On a scale from 1-10, they are a 15.
