We just had our new carpet installed this week and it is beyond incredible. We are so pleased. The carpet we selected has a geometic pattern and the installers did an amazing job matching the pattern as well as the steps. I keep looking for the seams and cannot find them. Job well done! Working with Floors USA has been a pleasure and they are so responsive. We have also used Floors USA for our Cortex flooring downstairs a little over a year ago and another incredible job. Thank you to the Floors USA team!!!!!
Martin was an amazing salesperson to work with. He ensured my order was on time and ready when I needed it. The delivery guys made sure the carpet was delivered on time. The carpet is on my floor and looks awesome!
This review was for the store in Wilmington, North Carolina. No matter how hard I tried to pull up that location for this google review it kept coming to a PA location because that is where I live. I would highly recommend USA flooring! Stephanie the store manager was fantastic. Communication and service 5 star. I had a runner made for my steps. The carpet we found was beautiful. The binding matches perfectly and the installation guys were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with this whole process. ( I have had carpet installed by Floors USA in King of Prussia before and I can honestly say that that was also an excellent experience).
At settlement for my new house I realized the existing carpets were disgusting and I wanted it redone before my move in date. They had a low pressure sales process and the production team accommodated my very tight timeline. Installers were on time, friendly, and cleaned up well. They did a great job and worked tirelessly. Prices are fair for quality.
