The whole experience has been positive from ordering, and the sales person came out to measure the area to be sure it was correct. Then the carpet layers were super nice and because of their expertise they wanted to order a different edging. Ryan kept me up to date regarding the orders of the carpet and the edging. I would recommend Flynn's to my friends.

The representative who guided me through my carpet & flooring purchase was exceptional. He understood my expectations, my budget, & my lack of experience. I appreciated how carefully he communicated by email & phone. The installation team was terrific. The lead installer was personable and very hard working. Every detail was completed with precision. I’m very pleased with our carpet & flooring. I’m looking forward to using this same team for our next project.

You guys were excellent! Due to timing of construction work, I had to postpone the carpet install 3 times and there was never an issue. The worker took longer than expected, but his work shows! Our new carpet is not only beautiful, but comfortable and completed our home renovation to perfection.

Excellent business operation. Ryan kept me on track for the install date and that was appreciated. Pleased with the flooring product and the installers did a great job. Great customer service from all staff.

I did some renovations before selling my condo. These guys were the easiest part of the whole process. Flynn’s was so good with scheduling. The fact that they have carpet in stock sped up our install date. They were able to fit us in right away, they were cheaper than others and they did a great install! I am trying to tell as many people as possible. Mark was our contact and represented the company well. I seriously look forward to buying carpet again so I can use these guy! I cannot say enough nice things. We were having trouble getting other contractors to even give estimates. These guys really eased my flooring stress.

We had Flynn’s install carpet on a new purchase that had hardwood floors. From the first call to the estimate and through the installation, everything went smoothly. We have used Flynn’s before and will use them again.

Anthony in Sales was knowledgeable, and helpful, without being pushy. He directed me to appropriate options to carpet my home for resale and helped me in the decision process. Arturo and his installation crew did a fine job.
They were conscientious and professional. I've used Flynn's Carpet Cents in Lynnwood periodically over the past 10 years and they've always done a fabulous job!
