I have worked this company for several projects before and really liked there work in the PAST. However the quality of the work and integrity of employees have gone down in the past year.Recently, I had my vinyl replaced in my mud room and felt the installation was done with shortcuts. My only frustration is that the Flynn warrantee for carpet installation is only for one year. This is hardly enough time to measure the workmanship of the installers. Two years after we carpeted our bedrooms, our carpet started to get waves. When I was told that my warrantee expired and I would be responsible for the cost of fixing this, I considered dropping a pending order. Flynn's got the installer to fix it for free.
