Professional & efficient! Love the way my floors look! Highly recommended!
I expected a higher quality/experience to go along with the higher quote, but that was not my experience. Overall the service was average… the professionalism was noteworthy, however you should be aware this company will subcontract the work out to a third party. When working/speaking directly with Gail and Mark all seemed fine; but there was a big disconnect between the actual workers. I was told about the quality of work at MCM costing more and totally bought in, but that was simply not my experience. They had to come back... read more
Mark and Gayle are a great team and helped us find the right flooring for my mom in her kitchen and den area. Diego and his crew did a wonderful job of installing vinyl wood flooring for my mom. She’s so tinkled pink at how everything turned out.
Amazing experience! Mark and his team we’re on top of everything-from the consultation call, to inspection, picking out our floor selection, to install. I was in a rush to get the job done asap. Mark and his team made it happen for us. From our intitial contact to project completition-4 days total! The install team was so detailed in everything they did and I couldn’t ask for a better experieince going through my first floor renovation. 10/10 would recommend and we look forward to brining them back for our next project!
I was contacted by Mike as I explained my situation and the urgency of the matter, he worked above and beyond to take care of our project within 24 hrs. Even though he was out of town he managed our project in a timely manner. The color of the carpet was exactly what I wanted and the price was pretty fair. The installer finished the job organized without any trouble. Mike was very responsive and pleasant to work with, I will hire them again.
Mark and Gayle were great. Communications were excellent. The installation crew was the best. They were very respectful of our home, diligent and hard working. Recommend without reservation.
