Gayle & Mark were phenomenal. They made the impossible happen by having the floors replaced in my ~3000sqf house in 4 days. Record time! The quality of the work was very good and their princing is very fair. I already recommended them to a few people.
They did an amazing job! It took three days to do our entire upstairs and half of the downstairs as well as carpeting the stairs. The trim job they did is just impeccable as well. They were very professional, punctual and responsive whenever we had any questions. The luxury vinyl is HIGH quality too. Now we can’t wait to get some furniture to match our stunning floors.
I waited to write this review because I was torn between liking the owners vs writing a fair review. *Yes, I would use them again * First, let me state the business went above and beyond to correct the issue but afterwards I realized it bugged me and there is room for improvement. The crew of 4 installers showed up on time but ate breakfast and prepared (assuming) for about 30 mins.
