Had a truly great experience from the very beginning. Scott(sales) really handled it all very well and was responsive to any and all questions I had during the process. My job was about 1000ft of an entire downstairs of a townhome that need both carpet and tile removed. In terms of the demo and installers, I cannot thank Chris and Steffan enough for the craftsmanship, work ethic, attention to detail, and their general overall caring for the customer. It was a pleasure to work with David in choosing Coretec 7" vinyl plank flooring. His thorough knowledge of the product provided me with the confidence in my decision to go with this product. Had over 1000 sq feet of tile replaced. They were a pleasure to do business with. Zack Green was a great help in co-ordinating all aspects of our tile job. Great installation crew. Did an excellent job overall. We'll be back.
We had carpeting and laminate flooring installed in November. From my first contact with them to the finished floors we had excellent service. They were courteous and professional. The job was done on time as promised and the installers were awesome and went above and beyond what was expected. I will definitely call them again in the future. Megan (sales person) was also awesome. Thank you Flooring America for a job well done .

Exercise extreme caution when dealing with these characters. Post purchase service is so bad that I am going to extremes to share my experience for a measly $100 credit for returned merchandise. First, I was awarded a credit card dispute of $625.04 for merchandise on a second order that I never received from them and after promising to refund my credit card charge, they never did, and I had to take matters up with my bank. Not a good experience at all. So much to say. Th guys were very unprofessional and the company does NOT stand behind the crews work. The tile was cut over a trash can with a hand cutter. No wet saw. Uneven tile, non constant grout lines, low grout, chipped tiles. Carpet tac in bedrooms put in backwards (carpet not attatched). We vacated so they could do the job and they left our house all lights on, blinds open and doors unlocked every day. Saw one of them smoking in my home.
