Very disappointing experience. Salesperson sold me a wider more expensive Berber than originally chosen so there would be no seam. That was important to us. Installers came and put a seam right in the highest traffic area of the master bedroom, the path to bathroom. Management doesn't seem concerned with quality or customer satisfaction.. We would never do business with them again.
Had a horrible experience with Flooring America. Would not wish them on my worst enemy!! Very unethical group in management. Only concerned about there profit, not the customer!!
