I was very surprised at how competitive their pricing was. I had always assumed they would be more than Home Depot. Very happy I stopped by. Now I have a weekend project to get done!

I visited several stores before making my final decision on hardwood floors for my family room. Hardwood Floors and More had a great selection and the staff was very knowledgable and helpful. When they came to my home they were on time and professional. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with our backsplash or splashback as they say in England. Brittany was a gem throughout the process. Made everything easy and pleasant for us and the backsplash is beautiful. Thanks so much. (I just recommended you to my daughter)

This was the easiest remodel ever thanks to Hardwood Floors and More. We completely gutted our master bath, refinished all our hardwood and replaced our lighting. I would recommend Ray and Suzanne Lilly to everyone.

Outstanding service! Ray Lilly let us use his tools to remove our own kitchen tile so we could save money. His workers were very safety oriented. They made sure sharp tools were not laying around, keeping my children safe. We love them so much we had then install hardwood in our master bedroom last November and will be calling them again in a few weeks to complete 3 bedrooms so that we will have hardwood floors through out our home with the exception of our tile bathrooms. I found out about Hardwood Floors & More second hand. Evidently, they replaced this persons' hardwood floor they had just put in due to a water leak from a newly installed garbage disposal. Even though it was the home owners fault....they did it anyway! I couldn't believe and decided to use them. The prices were great and service was excellent. I highly recommend them before any other company in the CSRA.

Contracted Flooring and repairs never completed. Since April of 2013 while closing on the house addressed. Hardwood Floors and More were to add wood floors to the master bedroom, closet and half bath. The work done was not acceptable - leaving several gaps and floor boards that are currently coming out of the floor due to poor workmanship. There have been several instances where they have not returned phone calls and emails and have not completed the required repairs - they have failed to produce an invoice for the original ... read more

I am renting and we had water damage. The owner decided to go through hard wood floors and more and this has been a horrible experience. We have had nothing but trouble trying to get them out there to complete their work. It took a few weeks for them to complete and it still is not complete. Not happy and wish the owner would have let us use someone else.

Well known name in Augusta, but terrible service. Owners don't care. Never return phone calls. A five day job turned into an eight day job after lying about when their workers would be at the house. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Beware!
