Workman cant stay off cell phone to get work done and they may need to be drug tested.
Took almost 4 weeks to finish a simple tile job in our kitchen. Tile work was good, but a series of delays in doing the finishing work, damage repair, and a lack of acceptable customer service (un-returned phone calls, workman not showing up as promised, not having proper supplies or equipment) made for a totally frustrating experience. We were given a discount for all the inconvience.
