Ordered bedroom furniture in October 21. I have only received the bed and mirror. They have given me several dates furniture would be in. Last date May 28, 2022. Text by Haynes. "Hello, it looks like your merchandise is estimated to arrive to the warehouse 5/28. We are waiting on the shipment to arrive and once the first shipment arrives, you will be the first to receive it. Ordered complete bedroom suite including mattress and pillows back on Jan 25, 2021. It is now June 24, 2021. Multiple dates were given (originally 6-8weeks for delivery). Nothing! Have the pillows but nothing else. March ended up being pushed to May. May is now June. Manager now states maybe July or August...refunded ****** back. Prior to that got delivery fee to 50% off. We bought a $**** dollar mattress from Haynes, located in Virginia Beach, VA in 2017. The sales lady told us that it came with a 10 year warranty which is why we decided to go with this mattress. She said any problems with the mattress that we can go to the store for assistant. My husband who is a disabled combat veteran was having a lot of back problems and we chose this mattress to help with the pain. We went to the Haynes store off Hull Street to purchase a king mattress. We choose Haynes based on their advertisement. Well they lied. What made matters worse, the sales person admitted Haynes lied. He told us Haynes always lies in their ads. We will never purchase anything from Haynes.

On 6/17/18, I purchased a media cabinet. When I made the purchase, my sales person asked if we wanted the protection plan for an additional $**. At that time, I explained to him that I was moving to Florida and wanted to make sure that the plan would still be applicable. He spoke to a manager, came back, and assured me that if something happened to the furniture in transit that the protection plan would cover replacement. It describes several issues we’ve had since we made the purchase on 11/10/2017, and received it on 11/15/2017, less than a month after the furniture was received. We have had a lot of problems that would indicate that the furniture we purchased will not last a year without major issues. 1. We have previously responded to this customer's complaint many times. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. The sofa cushion is a long unattached cushion. It protrudes over the edge of the sofa decking because it is not fully positioned against the back of the sofa. The bottom edges of the back cushions should be on top of the seat cushion not behind it. Any seat cushion core will compress and wrinkle if one always sits in the same location. When I purchased a bonded leather sofa and love seat with recliners set in January 2016. The salesman told me the quality was just as good as normal leather but it was a cost saver. I should have known not to when just getting my items was a problem. I was told it would only take 2-3 days to get my furniture. After three days I was told it was still not there and I would need to wait another week. I let them know that my due date was imminent and I wanted it in place before I delivered my daughter. The purchase we have on file is from Jan. 2014. The merchandise is four years old and out of any vendor warranty. A claim had been filed with *******8/26/2017, and the claim was denied for accumulated damages and was not covered. Thank you.

I purchased a mattress from Haynes on West Broad in Richmond, Va in August 2015. Three days after purchase file a complaint in store about the mattress sinking, after having many calls unanswered finally had someone come out to measure sinkhole in mattress. Denied because sinkhole wasn't deep enough yet I'm still sinking at night. Until I been started to sleeping on my sofa for two months because of sleeping on my sofa I also have purchase a new one cushions wont stay on it a more.
