Stephanie Roskam at your Green Bay Store is wonderful to work with. She really knows her stuff. Definitely recommend her if you are in need of flooring in the GB Area.
Tag from the Green Bay store was great. When we called him when our shower was done he came upnorth about 60 miles from Green Bay within 4 hours. Measured everything and the installation was done perfect in about 2 hours. We had a great experience with HJ Martin & Son at every stage of the process and would go back to them in a heartbeat.
Mary Souther was most helpful & so pleasant! Installers were excellent. Work done on entry & bathroom was beautiful & exactly what we wanted!
Amanda in the Green Bay store provided the best service I could have asked for. She was very helpful in making suggestions on how to tie my different tile choices together for our master bathroom project. I couldn't decide on a paint color so she helped me with that as well. Jesse installed our tile, he was very professional and did beautiful work. I honestly couldn't be happier with the end result of the shower and bathroom floor. If we ever have another flooring project I know where I'm going!
We had a great experience with HJ Martin & Son at every stage of the process: the store displays were great and the staff was both helpful and welcoming to our family. Stephanie, our rep, stayed in constant communication with me over email which was fantastic (no back and forth phone calls)! The in-home visits for both measuring and installing were quick, cordial, and resulted in a high-quality outcome. Above and beyond the quality of the product, the HJ Martin team maintains a high service level.
We worked with Mary from the Neenah store to choose flooring for our whole house, which we were remodeling. I had a specific idea in mind. Mary took so much time in helping find just the right carpeting, as well as beautiful ceramic and luxury vinyl for our hard surface areas. The carpet we just had installed came out great! The installers were very professional, showed up as scheduled, and cleaned up when they were finished. Mary Souther, out of the Neenah location, was incredibly helpful in helping us choose the carpeting that best met our needs. I highly recommend to all my family and friends to check out HJMartin for any of their remodeling needs. Thanks to all for making our experience one to remember!
We went to HJ Martin four years ago when we were building our house. Recently, we decided to add carpet to our lower level theater room. People have always commented on how thick the carpet in our living room was, so I wanted the same for the theater room. From the first encounter when we were building, to all the encounters with this project, the staff have been phenomenal! Always kind and professional! We would recommend them to anyone. They will not disappoint.
