I have been trying to decide on flooring for a bedroom for the last year. My entire experience with H.J. Martin was top-notch. Worked with designer Amanda O. who helped make the decision an easy process. I brought in a piece of floorboard and a small piece of furniture and she immediately knew what would work and what wouldn't work. The estimator and installers were also on-time and very efficient. Excellent customer service from everyone involved and am looking forward to working with them on my next project.
Our floors look fabulous, they were polite and courteous had a great product for a great price. Kurt helped us pick out tile for the living room and hall, and carpet for the bedroom and came to the house to help us get a better idea of what carpet to choose for our area rug. The tile guys were here 4 days because of the large area and were friendly and hard working! The carpet layers were fast and efficient!
This summer my husband and I had the privilege of building our first home after 46 years of marriage. We went to HJ Martin in Green Bay and had the privilege of meeting Katie! She shared our same tastes and values of everything she brought the table! We worked with Amanda O. She was more than willing to quickly assist with any concerns that we had. We are happy with our purchase and customer service. The installers were very professional and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves when finished. We will do business with them in the future.
The team at HJ Martin did a tremendous job with our kitchen tile backsplash project! Katie and Craig were most helpful in the organization and planning portion of the project. Both showed great enthusiasm and passion for customer service. In fact, Craig drove an hour out of his way to make sure he was able to answer questions on the day that our remodeling project began. We will definitely use HJ Martin in the future!
We Recently completed a renovation of two of our 22 year old bathrooms and we re-carpeted our master bedroom. H.J. Martin did a superb job of doing all the tile, glass and carpet work, along with all the accessories that go with a large job. We recently tackled a redo of our master bath/bedroom and I struggled with decision-making on the tile and carpeting. Mary and the team in the Neenah store were very helpful and we came up with a plan. Jesus Septimo, the tile installer, did a beautiful job laying the shower and flooring. He was always pleasant and very professional. The carpet came next, and the installers again did an excellent job. The final result is everything I'd hoped for. Thank you H.J. Since building our home in 2003 we have worked only with HJ Martin for all of our flooring. They installed all of our original flooring and the carpet when we finished our basement. We recently decided to replace our living room, hall & master bedroom carpeting as well as replacing our kitchen & dining area flooring.
