They are putting the tile in two of bathrooms right now! I love it! I will post pics when it is completed. The sales people are great, and the installers are first class. There is no other place to get your flooring.
These guys are great. I have spent tens of thousands with them, and would recommend them to anyone who needs tile, flooring or a good duck joke.
Don't deal with Angie. It will be a disappointing experience. Unless you enjoy getting the wrong product.
Don't do it! Hardwood floors that don't hold up for even a few months, lost orders, no follow up, atrocious communication. Carpeting that was damaged at install....haven't even had time to address that one.
We've had problems with the Armstrong laminate flooring ever since ICC installed it in our new home last August. We had peaking of the planks, gapping, loose planks, and the extreme (nearly comical) noise problems that you can see in the video posted in the comments below. ICC and Pulte both told us that this is normal and that you should expect it to go away after all of the seasons pass and you can run a dehumidifier to help. Good morning Sarah and Shane, sorry for the delayed response on this. I wanted to make sure we did our due diligence in talking to everyone involved. It looks like there has been some miscommunication on this issue. Representatives from both ICC (one of the owners) and Armstrong (the local area rep) went out and determined that the biggest issue as of now was the extremely high humidity levels (in the high 50's).
