Worst experience EVER! The new guy, sorry don't remember his name, was very nice, but was told that I HAD to speak to Paul.He proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me because my contractor hadn't contacted him yet. So instead of trying to understand what I was even there for,he told me that when I could get him on the phone he could help me. Proceeded to walk away, go to his office and close the door. I will not be back.
