Very Solid 4 Stars. After getting several bids for our job which included 2000 sq feet of tile flooring and new kitchen we decided to go with Jays. The sales staff is extremely professional and attentive. Aidee was a highlight for the sales end and did a fantastic job guiding us through a complete kitchen remodel. Only hang up was a miscommunication with granite and being told we would pick the slab and then finding out it was picked out for us and cut before we had a chance to inspect it. Jays Floors just finished the flooring in 3 bedrooms. We had chosen a new product on the market but Jay's installers were well informed and educated on these floors. We could not be happier!!! Not only were they responsive, they actually moved my installation up one week then had the floors installed in 3 1/2 days. Carmen and Jason were so professional and showed great respect for our home by always cleaning up. They were extremely careful when moving furniture or working around other rooms.
