I had my kitchen counter tops installed on 10/16 looked great at first site but on Sunday I noticed a crack by the sink I called the number and a gentleman told me to call back on Monday and one of the girls in the office will take care of me(Tracy or Danial).When I called back on Monday I was told they will get back to me.Tuesday came and no call I called them they again said they will get back to me within 24 hours.Wednesday comes still no call so I called them I was told to take down Jays number and call him,I explained I... read more
What an terriblw experience my floors are missing grout not level and popping please use caution when using this company I would just like my floors done correctly and Jay wouldn't make it right the first time I called and the second time he was rude to me and acted as if he couldn't careless
I just had my 3 bedrooms re-floored by Jay's and they did a fantastic job! Tony and Richie, were very meticulous in moving my furniture (and putting them back in), removing carpeting, laying concrete, thinset, the tiles ---- gosh, spotless!!! I just pulled this company from Around Martin magazine, and I am just so grateful that everything worked out well. I should have done more research before making a purchase here at Jay's Flooring. Bought 2 much product that they WON'T return. Am in the process of new cabinets and countertops, but won't spend another nickel in this place, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Jennifer was flat rude, horrible customer service.

I was told they charge per sq ft not per slab. They came and measured my kitchen and I signed the contract. After measuring my kitchen I realized they measure 15% over what it actually is, for waste as they call it. So in reality they charge per slab. There were some complications putting the granite in ( they cut it incorrectly ) the owner got on the phone with me and told me he would give me my deposit back and I should go somewhere else. Scam artists don't even waste your time quote you a price per ft and then adds 40 to 70_% on actual Sq ft then when you question them you are told to go somewhere else
would really like to give no stars since the workmanship of this company is aweful!. I had my bathroom remodeled. The tile job on the shower walls have a lot of uneven areas. Horrible experience! I don't recommend this place to anyone. Jay is rude and does not care about customers or his own employees! It's disgusting. We had tile floor, quartz kitchen counter tops and tile back splash done thru them and they did a horrible job. I had to call them several times and even after that grout is missing in several places in the floor tile, drywall job looks horrible and we still have to hire someone to fix it. The staff was unprofessional and make sure you watch everyone at all times, I had electronics stolen from my house, no one at the company cared

It's obvious that overall we have excellent reviews at Jay's floors and more. This was an isolated incident that we have never experienced in over 6 years of serving the Treasure Coast. After speaking with both installers that have been working for us for years we concluded that our installers have no interest in stealing an Ipad from a valued customer.
