JK Carpets has helped us in the past with replacing kitchen countertops, and tile flooring in our kitchen/breakfast room. We replaced wall to wall carpet throughout our second floor with hardwood floors as well. Recently, JK helped us in installing ceramic tile near our new front entrance door. We have been very pleased with their advice, professional installation, and the quality of their products.
We worked with Pam, the owner, from start to finish, and were extremely pleased with the outcome. She is knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to ensure our carpet installation was completed on time as we were preparing to sell our home. Kent also did a great job installing a tiled backsplash in the kitchen. Overall, a great experience!

Once I made my choice, JK Carpets took care of everything: getting my new flooring here as quickly as possible, scheduling a date that was convenient to me, and finally installation. Great customer service from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable sales staff. Installers were right on time, extremely professional, and did a fantastic job.
Once we made the choice of laminate that was available things worked in a very timely and professional manner. The installation process happened just as they said it would. We are very happy with our new flooring and highly recommend JK Carpets to anyone looking to have floors done.
We had such a great experience with Michelle. She really took the time to explain our options and helped us choose the best carpet and pad for our new home. She had a sample shipped all the way to CA so I could choose the right paint and have our home ready for move in. Thanks Michelle!
Not much to tell. The 2 gentlemen that installed the floor laminate wwere both very professional and you could tell that they had worked together before and knew what was needed without being told. Great experience with them. The gentleman and his wife were the same. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Both the carpet and floor came out great. Could not have asked for any better.
