From the minute we met Michelle in the showroom we had a very smooth transaction. Installation was wonderful, and your whole team was fantastic.
I didn’t see a lot of prep work on the subfloor such as cleaning or removing imperfections prior to installing the new floor. Nor did the installers taper the quarter round molding at some end points. Overall a good job but not great given the cost of installation.
We were very happy with the installer. He did a fine job and was very efficient. Good job!

The whole experience was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable , Michelle showed us various samples and explained the pros and cons so we could make the best choice for our use.
