100% satisfaction. I had to replace the hardwood floors in my home due to a Samsung dishwasher, and ended up remodeling my entire first floor. Tammy was absolutely amazing in helping me coordinate the colors and flooring. Jeremiah (the installer) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant, given such a large undertaking. I have fallen in love with my home thanks to the people at Kemper Carpet & Flooring and will only go to them for my flooring and carpet needs.
We had laminate flooring, hardwood stairs, and carpeting installed. William was a huge help when choosing flooring and talked through options with us. There were a few delays but ultimately everything was done and it is beautiful! Ronel, in particular, did a fantastic job with the stairs - installed new treads and risers and stained it to complement the flooring upstairs. He did a wonderful job.
We had our wood floors refinished and replaced carpet in all our bedrooms through Kemper and had a great experience. The finished product is exactly what we wanted and working with the team was easy. Everyone showed up on time and did a great job. Will use again for any future projects.
Really happy with every part of the process. Ed was fantastic in helping me narrow down carpet choices for my stair runner. He was very patient as I looked through many, many samples. Moe, who installed the carpet, did a top notch job. From the scheduling to installation, really easy and professional. And ultimately, the stair runner looks amazing. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

We finished our basement and purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpet from Kemper Carpet & Flooring. They installed both and we couldn’t be more pleased with their products and services. I highly recommend Kemper Carpet & Flooring.

If you need flooring I would highly recommend Kemper Flooring. Ed was amazing to work with and their showroom is beautiful. When my carpet and hardwood was installed, the installers were very professional and did an amazing job. They are artists - my stairs were very complicated!!! Thank you for making this process painless and actually a lot of fun. I am recommending you to all of my friends and family.
The minute we walked into the Kemper showroom in Gainesville we were greeted by Steve. He was professional, patient and very knowledgeable of the products they carry. He suggested several brands of carpet which would meet our requirements. The installation team of Alonzo and Moe were very professional and efficient. They worked well as a team and made certain we were satisfied before they left with the old stained carpet and had the new carpet installed in our living room.
