Thank you, Kemper and especially Bill, for your outstanding help with our selection of the Karastan carpet for our family room (old carpet was over 30 years old) this month - and the Karastan carpet for our stairs and landing a year ago. We installed laminate hardwood flooring and redid a flight of stairs w/ hardwood and a carpet runner. Our sales consultant, Ed, was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and responsive. He made the whole process a breeze, and we couldn't be happier with how the finished product looks in our home.

Kemper was recommended by a neighbor and within 5 minutes of talking to Steve, our salesperson, we knew this store was the right place. We had carpet installed in our 1500 sq ft condo and couldn’t be happier. Steve was knowledgeable and guided through the design choices, the installation staff (Walter and Alfonso) were professional, courteous, on time and were superb in hiding any seams. We would use Kemper again and recommend them.

I had a runner put onto my stairs and one of the steps fixed and both gentlemen that came were extremely knowledgeable and did amazing work! The staff at the store were awesome also, They helped me find what I needed and were quick to follow up! Will definitely use them again in the future!
