Everything was very professional and the work was done quickly, well, and at a very affortable price.
From the initial assessment meeting to the project closeout, Mr. Cho and K & K Floors have been extremely courteous, timely, and willing to work out and resolve issues. Sung Cho gave us an excellent estimate, which turned out to be the final price. The value was exceptional compared to the other estimates we received for the same product. Felix and Domingo were outstanding installers. They expertly installed our Mirage engineered hardwood, were meticulous in detail and left no dust or debris. We could not be happier with the process or the result. The job was also done on time. Thanks to all at K&K.
After meeting Patrick from K&K and being impressed by his honesty and professionalism, I figured they would be the most expensive. Of the four estimates I was pleased to see that K&K was the least expensive and also the easiest to work with. I have little experience to compare with but the product and the installation certainly met my expectations.
