From start to finish a positive experience. John was responsive to every phone call, request for information, and adjustment to my initial order. He made a recommendation which I would never thought of which truly enhanced the look of my house and stairs. I true pro. Their showroom personnel were extremely helpful. I received three quotes for my project and K&K was the lowest. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent company to work with. They were the most competitive price wise and Peter their sales rep was on point with the carpet samples I asked for. He was quick and thorough with his measurements and returned a quote within 24 hours. The installers were very good and did an excellent job! They were professional and courteous!
