The whole experience, from picking out a new bathroom floor in the show room to our installer Tim, was first rate. Everything was on time and efficient. We ran into some issues with the subfloor and toilet, which required a plumber, but Tim explained the issues and gave us our options. Courteous, hard working people from Dave at the showroom to the men who did the installation. The men who installed were very careful with our furniture, our newly painted walls, and the rest of our home as they went in and out. They swept up the floors, took all garbage out with them, removed shoes as they came in. They spoke respectfully and were knowledgeable of the process and the products. It was a great experience!
Bill and James went above and beyond! They fixed my squeaky floor before laying down the new vinyl planks. They also matched and spruced up my floor trim. I’ve been telling everyone how pleased I am with Lakefront Flooring and your excellent installers!
Brian and Gabe are professional, friendly and detailed workers who did a fantastic job in seamlessly installing our new carpet. The Paradiso carpet is really plush and well made.
