Professional, courtesy, friendly and reasonably priced, very easy to work with.
Very personable and helpful staff . Jason spent time helping us choose something that worked for us, as we were under pressure to have it in quickly . Unbelievable… we ordered and the carpet was installed the next day!!! We are very happy with all steps in this process . We are return customers, Dave helped us with an order a few months ago and we had such a good experience we returned !

The only thing that I can evaluate on a new installation is the help provided by the sales staff which was very good and what I consider a good installation by the crew who managed to get what I thought was a lot of work done in one day.
