The experience was thorough, uncomplicated and very satisfying upon completion. The sales person and installation staff were ver knowledgeable, polite and professional. No pressure.
No complaints. The guys were polite and knowledgeable and didn't waste any time taking out the old rug and putting in the new one. The only thing they forgot was the huge tube the new rug was on. They put it out front and forgot to take it with them.
The staff was helpful at the store guiding us to our flooring selection. The install crew was helpful and efficient with very nice detail work. The value for our $ was very good.
This is the second time I used Lakefront this year. They are very professional from the person in the store to the gentleman who comes to get measurements to the crew that comes to do the install. Pricing is very competitive and selection of materials is wide Would not hesitate calling them again

We hired Lakefront Flooring for an office renovation project at the iHeart Studios in the Boston Store. From the initial request for an estimate through project completion, I could not haven been more pleased. The customer service was excellent from the owners (Judd & Brent) to my project manager (Shaun) to the installation team (Mike, Dorian & Dylan). The quality of the product and expertise of the installation team was all top notch. I highly recommend Lakefront Flooring for your carpeting & tile needs.
The installers did very good job.
The crew was professional in their work took care of causing minimal wall damage and communicated with us to explain the layout of the seams and best use of the carpet. They did a good job all the way around.
Everyone at Lakefront was exceptionally helpful and professional. They took wonderful care of us. Couldn't have adked for more.
