My experience with the person who came out to measure was nice. The installers were very professional and great. My initial impression of my sales person, the one with the reddish beard, was a bit off putting. At times I felt I was being lectured to, my thoughts were often interrupted . I really wanted to compare prices of the various carpet choices which he very skillfully steered away from. The Sales person was knowledgeable & friendly. He took the time to understand our needs and was considerate of our budget. In fact, he reworked our estimate a few times to make sure it was perfect for us! The Service Techs were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful in our home, & made sure, as the consumer, I understood the process along the way. The installers were very pleasant and certainly knew what they were doing. They finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves. If I do any other flooring, I will certainly have you do it.

I have a pretty big house with a lower level and stairs. Lakefront Flooring sent a crew of 5 on day one. They were great. They know their “stuff”. Customer service is awesome. Second day a crew of 3 and got the job done without any problems. I would or will use them again when needed and I would recommend Lakefront Flooring for anyone wanting to update their home. Plus the showroom has excellent choices of all flooring needs.

Work was done well and in a timely fashion. One concern was the subfloor boards were cut inside and had sawdust everywhere. Did not expect that otherwise would have covered furniture and other items.
